Day 01

Pick up from your hotel to the Phra Pinklao pier, boarding a long-tail boat along the Chao Phraya River to the Thai House, (approx. 1 hr.). Arrive at Thai House, short tour around the farm and then head for the "open air kitchen" to commence the cooking lessons. The hands-on participation will be encouraged by the English instructor in the following recipes :-

Class 1 :
Introduction Herbs & Spices
Larb Moo Spicy Thai Pork Salad (Appetizer)
Phad Thai Thai Fried Noodles (Luncheon Dish)

Class 2 :
Tom Yam Kung Hot & Sour Prawn Soup (Soup)
Tom Khaa Kai Coconut & Galangal Soup
Nam Phrik Ong Pork & Tomato Chili Dip
