Program Tour#01: Mukdahan National Park Trekking (4-5 hours / 5 km. distance)
Situated 17 Km south of Mukdahan. The Park contains a diverse range of natural resources that are suitable habitats for birds, wild flowers and reptile species. Thus, it was named Thailand’s 59th National Park in 1988. The total area is covered 48.5 square kilometers. Treks through the Park, a multitude of hilltop viewpoints offer opportunities for both relaxing and marveling at the surrounding landscape, especially the abundant odd shapes of sandstone transformed by nature million of years ago. In addition, colorful wild flowers can be seen scattered throughout the Park during October and November. A beautiful trail leads to Phu Tam Pra, where dense forest and small waterfalls provide cool air on the top of the mountain. Lunch is served while relaxing and enjoying the scenery of the forest and the Mekong River is visible on the horizon.

Package Tour # 02: Mekong River Boat Ride (4-5 hours trip / distance 35 km.)
Commences the trip by car. Visit Manopirom Temple (Wat Chanod), believed to be 300 years old or more. The history of the temple can be traced back to the Ayutthaya period where religion and culture flourished in Thailand. Then visit Songkhon Church at Ban Songkhon, where seven villagers were persecuted in 1940 because of their belief in Catholicism. As a result, the Sacred Congregation of the Saints in Rome has elected them as the Seven Holy Martyrs of Thailand in 1989. Continue the trip by boat to Mukdahan- enjoy the scenery on both sides of the Mekong River, which is considered to be one of the most important rivers in Asia. On the way to Mukdahan, capture a glimpse of the local fishermen at their toils.
