Please review the cancellation policy by matching your check in date with the travel season in Thailand . Our rates of refund are derived from our suppliers' requirements, and can be summarized as follows:

Hotel Cancellation:


Normal Season
– 1 May to 31 October
+15 Days before requested arrival date
There is a 7% of paid amount as administration and banking charge
14 - 7 Days before requested arrival date
There is a 10% administration and banking charge
6 - 3 Days before requested arrival date
There is a cancellation fee of one night
2 - 0 Days before requested arrival date There is a cancellation fee of your full booking amount.


In case of NO-SHOW or early check out, non refund will be made.
(Considered as cancellation without the required advance notice)

Amendment need to be made not less then 5 business days prior to check-in
date (in case of emergency, please contact our reservation directly.)

will not be responsible for any (additional) charges incurred after
cancellations/ amendments without confirmation from our side.

High Season
: January 16 - April 30 and November 1 - December 14 for all destinations and January 16 - April 30 and July 16 -September 15 for Koh Samui only.
+15 days prior to check-in
7% of total room price will apply for handling and banking fees.

One night penalty plus handling fee (7%) will be charged.
7 days (or less) prior to check-in
TWO night penalty plus handling fee (7%) will be charged.

No refund will be made


Amendments need to be made no less then 18 business days prior to check-in date (in case of emergency, please contact our reservation directly). We will not be responsible for any (additional) charges incurred after cancellations/ amendments without confirmation from our side.

Tour Cancellation:

+30 Days before trip commencement
There is 7% banking and handling fees.
15 - 30 days
70% will be refunded
7 - 14 days
50% will be refunded
Less than 7 days
no refund
For authentication purposes, only written cancellation notices (e-mail or fax) will be accepted.

The refund will be made through bank transfer or through your credit card, depending on the original method of purchase. Additionally, although HotelThailand.com will instruct the bank to handle the crediting process immediately upon notification of cancellation, it could take from 4 to 6 weeks for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank's practice.

Activities Cancellation:

+3 days before travel date (M-F)
Refund will be made deduct 7% Bank fee
Less than 3 days (M-F)
No Refund
